As soon as I click this button I know fatsecret will ask if I'm sure I want to record this "rapid weight gain" lol. It always makes me giggle. I did know that yesterday wasn't quite realistic. Tomorrow will be a drop hopefully :) So I have that to look forward to. Ran at a 6.5 Base today which is a new level for me at orange theory so that means I'm getting stronger. My elbows also seem better and I am able to put in some real work on my arms now. Feeling positive despite this bloop.
