yes it takes a few days to adapt but the hunger will soon pass when you get fat adapted. be careful on the nuts and peanut butter

okay looked at your stats. your peanut butter has sugar, as does your mayo. You need to learn to read labels carefully. a safe mayo is duke's available at any grocery store. if you look you should find a no sugar peanut butter too. canned salmon and tuna are good choices for protein during the day same with nice eggs.

Bask...I had the JIF and thought I could afford the carbs; is that okay to do? Good news is I picked up a natural PB : ) I did check the Hellman's Mayo nutrition label and it doesn't have any sugar or carbs; very curious why you said it has sugar...what do you know that I need to know? ;)
