I am SO happy today! I feel like a new person! I finally got off my ass and I'm fired up :) Got on the scale this morning and I was 1 lb. lighter even though I ate fruit, granola and peanut butter late last night! I definitely suggest the "Eat Clean" diet with lots of exercise for weight loss as opposed to the "Low Carb" with little exercise as that diet is effective for shrinkage but doesn't make me feel this good. PLUS, I love to eat healthy carbs and I want to be able to do that!
