Apparently my cheating for a couple days didn't do too much damage, but I've been hitting it harder to make up for the lapse. I'm almost over the ear infections and able to exercise again. I'd thought my goal weight was too low, but now I'm thinking it's too high. For some reason my thighs just don't seem willing to slim down : (
I'll so how I look at 128, then at 126, but I'm starting to think I'm looking closer to 122. Wow. Body's sure change with time. If I'd tried to weigh 122 20 years ago I would have looked like a skeleton. Even at 128 I looked anorexic. And I have the muscle so I don't know. It doesn't seem possible but it seems like my hips have narrowed a couple inches.
I guess I don't know what's going on except I'm going to have to lose more weight to get my belly and hips in shape.
