9st 9.8lb Fat 24% SS at WW yesterday. Quick weigh in this morning before setting off on hol so without the usual prep and after my birthday celebrations, and a week where I daily exceeded my points instead of trying to leave spares to roll over to catch back up, so not really surprising that it's only a small loss, but at least I've met my goal before holiday of not gaining on any week since we started back at weight watchers mid April. The 18lb I've lost since then is easily twice what I might have dreamed of under my own steam, so I can't complain! A week of pub dinners on the canal boat will set me back for next week's weigh in but I'll get back on it when I'm home and shift those last few pounds. All those locks might help my bingo wings and I plan some tow path walks to keep my steps up 😊 Feeling good!
