Whoohoo! I'm so excited to be down another 1/2 pound! The main reason is I went out to eat last night and ate the whole plate. I went to Ruby Tuesday and had steak, shrimp, mashed cauliflower, and a BIG salad. I was sooo sure I was going to gain. Everything I had was on plan and I stayed within my carb range (although a little high than normal) But I ju7st felt like I ate so much. And when I was on weight watchers almost everytime I went out I would have such boring "diet food" and somehow still gain (probably from sodium). So this is a HUGE victory for me. 15.2lbs down!
