Fantastic! I am feeling very happy with the weight loss. I am trying to keep a normal eating style because I want it to resemble the real life after the diet. I had a BK veggies burger, I cheese popper and about 4 fries for supper. Kept it small.
I hope that the weight will continue to drop. IA.

TOmorrow will be the starting of Ramadaan. DOn't know what will happen to the weight loss? No eating after 3:45 in the morning until 9 at night. No water consumption either. 1 of 2 things can happen; either the weight loss will be very drastic or the weight will start to creep up. The body might think it is starving and hold on to all the food as energy, therefore the lbs will pile on. OR I will keep the calories down and drop the weight! Lets see how it goes for me.....
