Diario de Jada Petsch, 20 jul. 12

Almost a week since my last weighin and down down down... hell yeah!! :D Spent 6 days at my friend Stormie's house, birthday party, three nights of alcoholic beverages (just til i hit tipsiness), community bbq, and I still dropped. woot!! lol. Also woke up at 2am this morning and couldn't go back to sleep. got out of bed at 3:30 and made coffee. -__- going to be a looooong day. But I've been dancing since I got up. :D

Plans for the day: Cleaning. My mother-inlaw will be here around lunchtime today. Grocery store. thinking chicken soup with rice and scoops for dinner tonight. All the rain we've been getting has me in the mood for it. And I think my hubby has a a bit of the snuffles. So need to nip that in the butt asap. Tomorrow we're going to a barn raising. It's one of those half circle aluminum ones. So they'll have a bbq for everyone's families, and just a good way to spend the day. I think we'll go from 10am-2pm then home for my daughter's nap/quiet time. Might take a walk tonight too, and give my hubby and his mom some time to catch up and me some time to exercise!! I know I'm too cheerful and perky for 5:40 in the morning. ^.^

dropped down to 285 on Saturday. :) Though back up to 289 this morning...-__- pizza sunday for lunch...yeah..water weight. lol. So trying to drop that over today and tomorrow. :) fixing to update my weighins, and journal.

I'd reckon you just need a better weigh-in day... lol For whatever weird reason, Sunday has always been my lowest day of the week, of course, that could be because I don't overeat on Saturday, simply because I have to weigh in on Sunday! LOL

lol. I weighin everyday. It helps to me to stay on track thinking about wanting that scale number to drop the next day! My scale is currently residing in my kitchen as a visual reminder too. And I put my weight on the calendar in the kitchen as another reminder. So generally I stay on track eatting..it's just in unusual circumstances that I end up slipping..like my mother-in-law visiting. :/ need to work on that. I have an easier time of it when my sister visits, or when i go to my friend stormie's house.
