Was happy today to see that my home scale matches the doctor's scale. Stepping on the doctor's scale really causes anxiety for me. Today I made sure I wore light closes and I always take my shoes off. My weight is now hovering around 139, one day 138, one day 140 so I think that for now I have left the 140's and hit the 130's. Missing my wine! But not missing any bad foods. 24 days until spring break. Must work hard, must work hard... It's good to have an incentive.
