Diario de northernmusician, 04 may. 18

Rough night. Got something on my mind and I couldn't sleep until if made a decision. Bed at 2. Up at 7. Eating a&w breakfast. (Once was a day fast food tastes good. At least that's how I remember it. This is gross.) Two toast and a bowl of cornflakes got me through to 2. Not a bad bounce all things considered. Maybe I'm starting to partition differently at 14% body fat according to calipers. Goal is still 185, though 10% could be a little heavier.

Can understand about the fast food. Even if you try to eat healthy at a restaurant, it feels wrong.

Yeah, there's something about even the best restaurant food. You know the whole thing about Chinese food and being hungry an hour later? Is like tahr to me with all restaurant food. It just seems to turn to dust.

The issue is resolved in my mind. Implementation is all that's left. That will be simple.
