So here we go, inching back down again. So sick of the yo-yo weight, grrr!!! *angry face* This week has been challenging, though, and I haven't worked out since the run last Sunday, so I guess any progress is good progress. Tomorrow will be even MORE challenging - it's my granddaughter's birthday, and her Mom is having it at the Cheesecake Factory. That means I need to be extra good today, and eat very lite for breakfast & dinner tomorrow. I'll check out the menu to see if there's ANYTHING that might qualify as low-cal, (yeah, right) & split a slice of cheesecake with my hubby. Because of his gastric sleeve surgery, he can't eat much of anything in one sitting; sometimes I wish I had that problem. After lunch I'm taking Alex shopping. I've been told she needs a whole bunch of new pants, darn kid's growing of course! It should be fun, I'm looking forward to it. And after shopping I will definitely hit the treadmill for a 30 minute run! Yep, that's the battle plan!
