To be honest I wasn’t expecting it, besides dropping my calories to 2900/3000 I started cardio only for 10min 5days a week and core exercises 3days a week.
I am not disappointed with this as I haven’t lost muscle! My abs were only showing up on the upper side but now the lower side has started to show 😊. So all positive! I may reach my goal before too long.
