Remember not to beat your self up about not sticking to your diet just keep moving forward. Healthy choice can become habit we just need to set ourselves up for success- Have lots of veggies & fruit on hand, and keep meal portions small. Although we all have a cinnamon roll once in awhile (that would be yesterday for me) , that doesn't mean we can't make better choices after. Good for you getting 20 miles on the bike!! Progress not perfection.
