HI Jenjoe928- Cleaning and moving furniture is a great way to burn calories and keep your mind busy. Having a loss is a great motivator. Remember that our bodies naturally flux 2-4 lbs and a gain one day doesn't mean it is there to stay. Sometimes I stay away from the scale because I can be an obsesive person. I truely could let the scale run my day. Being good to ourselves by exercising and eating healthy choices is the best thing we can do for ourselves. I am here for the long run, I need to keep this up or (I know myself) I will eat everyday like I am at the State Fair and spend alot of time on the couch watching TV.
