So, having spent 18 days living in a hotel, eating processes foods and (today, finally) weighing myself on a scale (not mine, and fully clothed) has me here... s'right, forward we go!
107,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 61,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 12,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

So, what advice have you come up with for the traveler who goes from hotel to convenience store to etc.?

You’ll get back in the groove with walking and eating non-processed, non-junk food soon and keep your hydration levels up. So you’ll feel healthier. And when your less stressed it will be easier as well! 🙋🏻

Hang in there! Tomorrow I'm embarking on travel that will take me away from home for almost two months. If you want to share any lessons you learned along the way, I'm all ears!

Guaranteed that’s at least 80% water weight, glycogen, maybe undigested food/poop, especially if you’ve been consuming lower carb foods the last several weeks leading up to this hotel thing. So Unless you were eating crazy amounts of food every night for the last 2.5weeks, 10.5lbs is impossible to be all “fat” hell, it may not even be fat at all either. & IF it is, it’s probably like 1-2lbs, so don’t worry about it.
