Ugh! 6 weeks off track! This sucks! I am not logging everything I eat, so I know I'm WAY OVER on my calories. And the mornings I decide to log, I find I drop the ball half way through the day and just start eating whatever I feel like. Too much of not so good stuff! REALLY NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK THIS WEEK! I am so close to my first stage goal of 135! Seriously. I'm so close.
