The body in all its subtle and dense layers serves us in so many ways. A temple for the soul to reside in. It is our responsibility to nourish it and treat it with respect for it to respond in it's most efficient manner.

A new beginning for me as I will start to record and share my journey on here daily to my best. I hope to connect with many of the great people on this website so together we may all become the best version of ourselves. Good Morning sweet souls of Fatsecret.
So I wake up to the sound of heavy rain after 2 full days of snow. It is easier to continue on with everyday habits, but same habits will have same outcomes and it is time for a growth burst and evolution towards the unfoldment of more layers of the already perfect soul that resides within.
It has taken me many years to realize this that it is not about becoming better, but that as humans we are already perfect. It is about peeling the layers that block us from this realization.
It feels so nice to share these feelings publicly. It is so wonderful to be part of this family of humanity.
