Well... this is my first so, I signed up here because i heard that this website can help me with diet and exercise plans. Right now I'm a junior in highschool so i have a lot of stress with school work, colleges, etc.

Since the new year has started I've tried to commit myself into loosing weight to finally get the weight I've always wanted :D. Right now I am in Track ( which is 4-5 days a week depending for about 1-2 hours ). In track we usually run a lot... and do a lot of conditioning. For the weekends i try to go to the gym after work, which im planning to stay ...2hrs at most.

For my eating plan, which is my week point, is that i eat a small breakfast ( either cereal, sandwich, eggs w/ toast or tea with something on the side like toast with butter or creme cheese ). Lunch i usually have a turkey wrap with water and a fruit or crackers. For dinner i just throw something together .. i never really know what to make? I do eat snacks in between like crackers or a fruit. The thing i say that ruins this is that on Fridays ( everything is usually gone in the house) , i resort to eating out ( so horrible D: )

I say i just need to fix my eating habits but yeah... just need suggestions, suggestions >.>
