Well, I thought I was falling off the wagon here. I haven't recorded my food intake in like two weeks. I do however feel guilty eating junk food, so I've been avoiding it. I've been drink tons of water. I logged in today, to see how everyone is doing and it flagged me to weigh in. I weighed in today to find that I have lost another 6 lbs. I was so happy, I thought I would have gained weight. WOW...I haven't failed myself afterall. :)

Why does brown rice have so many calories? I've eaten it for two days not knowing that one cup had 688 calories! OMG! How do the asian folk stay so fit on the stuff?

So I splurged on Timbits yesterday...after entering them into Fatsecret...I vow to never eat another Timbit again. Holy Crap! Look at the FAT! I'm an idiot.
