Ok starting over after a long absence. It helped to look at my weight loss journal from last fall. I haven't gained any over the past few months of non-dieting, so that's good. I am ready to get back on the horse and lose the last 20 lbs!

Have taken a small break from the diet and exersise the last two weeks. Not really on purpose. The insanity program had a week of recovery in the 5th week and I went a little over board with my "recovery". I only did the recovery workout once and ran once. The rest of the week I just plan took off. The next week I let my diet and exersise slip. So, I've desided to just recroup and start over tomorow. Back to recording what I eat and my exersises. This site has helped with that. I've lost almost 7 lbs. so far. Still have a way to go but I'm not going to let this set back totally derail me. I've desided to start over with the insanity program. The first phase was a hard enough workout for me as it is and I know with this break I need to start over. I also went to a friends wedding this weekend and drank way to much and smoked a half a pack of cigerettes. I smoked about a half a pack to a pack a day on and off for 20 years. I quit several months ago but I seem to always relapse when I drink. Getting back on the diet/exersise/healthy-living routine will help me from starting back with smoking. I really feel like shit now. Not as bad as yesterday when I was really hungover, but still pretty shitty. I had a lot of fun over the weekend but I'm not sure that it was worth it.
