I haven't exactly been staying "on plan" the past couple of weeks. I snuck in a Hershey Bar on a couple of days, and had an extra light bar on some days. Just testing to see what that would do to my weight. The good news is that I only added a couple of tenth's of a pound here and there, then I'd be down a couple of tenths. So basically the cheating I did, caused a slowdown in my weight loss.
But I'm back on plan as of Saturday 7/22 when I started "Take Off". That led to a 3.2 pound loss between Saturday's weigh in and Tuesday's weigh in. As of Tuesday (7/24), I've lost a total of 81.2 pounds.
So, I'm less than 20 pounds away from goal. Beginning to worry that I may need a mini-tummy tuck or liposuction. While my stomach is getting much flatter above the navel, I still have a "pouch" of fat deposits in the area below the navel. I just hate the idea of surgery.

LAWL has changed my program now that my goal weight is within 23 pounds.
I had been on the "Red" plan for weight loss, which allowed (among other food groups) 2 1/2 proteins and 3 starches per day.
Now I'm on the "Purple" plan for weight loss, which allows 2 proteins and 2 starches per day. That started on Thursday June 21st.
I've had difficulty adjusting to this because I've been in a routine for so long, but I'll make the adjustment.
