Ive been lost, i know. I'm working too much to keep up with anything. I'm a waitress so maybe the miles i'm putting in will start to pay off but other than that i dont have time or money to keep up the herbalife diet. Wish i could but i promise ill get back to it when i can!

I flucuate very easily so we'll see if its still 159 at the end of the day. Yesterday I had 1 shake, 2mv, 2ca, and a yummy BBQ chicken and carrots dinner. So far today I've had my shake in cereal.

I wish I had been on this since the day I started on Herbalife. For this reason I'll be honest. I've kept track of what I've had from Herbalife so here it is. FYI: CA means cell activator (taken 3 times daily) and MV means multivitamin (also taken 3 times daily)
On the Herbalife Shapeworks Quickstart program you're supposed to take the CA and MV 3 times a day and preplace 2 out of 3 meals with the nutritional shake. I started on Herbalife Sept. 22
9/22 - 2 shakes, 2mv,2ca
9/23 - 1 shake, 2mv, 2ca
9/24 - 2 shakes, 2mv, 2ca
9/25 - 1 shake, 2mv, 2ca
9/26 - 2 shakes, 3mv, 3ca
9/27 - 2 shakes, 2mv, 2ca
9/28 - 2 shakes, 2mv, 2ca
9/29 - 1 shake, 2mv, 2ca
9/30 - 1 shake, 3mv, 3ca
10/1 - 1 mv, 1ca
10/2 - 1 shakes, 1mv, 1ca
10/3 - 1mv, 1ca
10/4 - 2 shake, 2mv, 2ca
10/5 - 3mv, 3ca
10/6 - 2 shakes, 3mv, 3ca
10/7 - 1 shake, 3mv, 3ca

Ok. I'm being honest about this because I know my inability to keep the correct schedule is why I havent lost more weight. But, in the first week and a half I did lose 5lbs and felt better in general.
So feel free to kick me in the butt for it. I need it sometimes because I've never been good at remembering to do or take something every single day. Plus sometimes I cant have the shake because I'm at work or dont have any milk. haha. WELL THERE IT IS.
Also, I'm a new Herbalife Independent Distributor so if you want to try this (if you do it right, not by my example) let me know.
