This last weekend I fell off the weekend.. hard. I was at a wedding reception talking with one of my friends that had moved away. I was wearing a peasent shirt and her husband comes up and asked me if I was pregnant. If that doesn't get you motivation I don't know what will. So I'm back on, following to a T. Yesterday was my first day, but I have to start somewhere right?

Well I did bad yesterday.. I had crappy stuff for supper. I drive an hour to class once a week (an hour there and an hour back) so I just get junk.. Anyway.. I"m on today. Started out with a slice of turkey and low fat provolone and pistachious... I'm statisfied so yay. Now.. I just have to keep it up and steady through the weekend... I'm having a hard time with TOM here.

I didn't have time for eggs this morning, so I had just had some ham and cheese.. the grocery store didn't have any turkey left, it's higher in the sodium.. but it's not a bagel. I'll do better at lunch time.. grilled cod with green peppers!
I'm just trying to get myself motivated to do some exercise.. last night I kind of pudded out.. and tonight I have class so I won't be working out.. but I'll try for Thursday.
I'm going to borrow my friends hip hop abs.. hopefully that will get my blood pumping. I'm going to buy a kickboxing video.. I hear thsoe are a real work out.
I'll probably be back to journal later.

So I've tried the SBD before, and had great success, but fell off the wagon. So I'm starting over, from scratch... Phase 1. Today I've had 2 scrambled eggs and 2 peieces of bacon and a hamburger patty with cheese and onion. I'm really ready just to kick this weight. The last time I did SBD I didn't exercise hardly at all. I'm going to this time around... because I'm going to stick with it! Anyway.. I hope to meet alot of great people here!
