Over the total week Ive eaten mostly under my RDI of 2000 calories, however ranging from 1520 to 2764. I noticed that on the days that I treated myself such as dinner out were the days that I tended to go over. Overall, I had a very high Carb and fat intake while having a low protein and fiber. I really hope to increase protein intake by resisting snack temptations and eating more fruits and veggies if I am hungry.

On Sunday, For dinner I ate Chapati (whole grain flatbread), Stir-Fried Okra curry, and some cucumber on the side. It had about 18 g of fat, 2 g of saturated fat, 54 g of carbs, 6 g of fiber, and 9 g of sugar as well as 10 g of protein. My meal shows it is high in carbs and fat, while being low in sugar and protein. My goal is to improve fat intake by eating less carbs and choosing fruit and veggies whenever I have the chance

Today for my birthday we ate at Olive Garden, and surprisingly I only had 2074 ish calories total! Although it would have been nice to stay under.....

Today was very good, plenty of good nutrients save that brownie. Tomorrow is my birthday and we are planning to eat dinner at Olive Garden, I'm worried I might go over so I should probably watch myself

I've been looking at my foods so far and I see I have plenty of carbs, and a somewhat proper amount of fat. however I need to have more protein, something to work on
