Ok so now I am believing that I am destined to stay at 218 lbs because all last week I stayed at that. And the weirdest thing is that yesterday and last thursday I was 218.2 and last friday I was 218.4 and guess what today I am 218.4. I am so frustrated. I went home last nigh had dinner which was sausage and onions and jalepenso and tomatoes. I then did my 30 minute zumba workout again NO CHEATING strict lo-carb and guess what 20 or less carbs. I am beginning to think I am doing something wrong but I feel as if I cut down what I am eating I will be starving. What could the problem be? I mean I really busted my butt last night and really broke a sweat. Feeling down in the dumps now

This reallt really bites! I got up this mornign and gained 4 ounces I can't believe that. I did my zumba last night and I have come to realize that I truly am out of shape.I can feel everywhere in my body today going through that change. UGH my muscles ache. Well the I can;t understand the ounces unless muscle YEA well I am still at it tho

So it has been a really crazy day! I am feeling like I just want to go home and hit the bed and SLEEP!! My kids have been sick for 3 days now so it is definitly taking a toll on my sleep. I am hoping they will be feeling better soon. SO my zumba came yesterday and it sure has been a while since I have hit a seious routine but they have a pack of dvds that are amazing and with atkins and zumba I lost 130lbs in a year when I had my daughter I know I can do it again. Well this time of the afternoon I feel super drowsy which probably is because I ate them collards and BBQ for lunch ahh but it was so worth it so good! Well until nxt time

Good Morning!! I am feeling a little better today yet I have this clogged up feeling between my nose and forehead that is absolutley driving me CRAZY!! Can't I just feel 100% better? I think I possibly passed my sickness on 2 my kids I am so bad! They were up all night. I do not think I got a wink of sleep. Well at least I am 3lbs lighter which I am proud of. Waiting for my zumba videos to come in I am ready to get working and feeling better. ANyone heard of p90x? Any input on that workout?

Alright guys now this is the weirdest thing. I did good over the weekend very good I am proud of myself YAY! Now I had been sick with the flu or something since thursday and I am still feeling a little down :( I ate a bowl of dirty rice soup yesterday and some baked chicken Yes I admit it was wrong but I had nothing else on hand and my mom made it homemade for me because I was sick and she said it would make my thorat feel better and my nose glands open up. I gained 3lbs off of that how is that humanly possible? I guess it is but I made a new beginning for myself because I am tired of hearing the same old story. I am going to start again on monday and monday and monday. NO MORE I am not going off of this living style. I look back and when I had my daughter I had put on about 85-90 lbs being pregnant and not to mention I was already extremely overweight. After I had her I was such a success story although at that time I was doing zumba everynight. I just ordered the whole set of zumba dvds and as soon as they get here off to fat burning I go. I am going to make myself proud I seen a glimpse of myself thismorning sideways in my car window and said I still look preggo I am doing this for me now not for anyone else.
