Progress is progress. I’m knocking on the door of the 180s again, but I’m also heading out of town tomorrow morning…social situations and eating out will abound! This is always where I’m weakest.
Today will be my last workout before that trip so let’s make it good! Rower and weights 💪🏻🥑🌱🍌🍎

Finally I’m starting to see progress back to where I was before the Super Bowl eating catastrophe. Hands down, this has been the most discouraging start to a diet that I’ve ever experienced.
Good active morning yesterday- 25 minutes on the rower then a round of chest and tricep weight training. This morning I’m running on the treadmill. 🏃🏻♂️💪🏻

Little loss, but happy to be down this morning. Evening control is key - need to be working on that!!
Ran 6 miles yesterday, and today I will hit the rower and lift some weights. Up early and it’s cold here!! Need to raise my body temp via exercise!

Uh! This yo-yo is so discouraging! My problem is the evening - I eat everything in sight and am out of control.
I’ll try again today - I ran 6 miles this morning - please let me lose something even if it’s only water weight! I just want to see progress again.

Starting to recover from my Super Bowl pig out…I’m still up from where I was, but happy to be continuing in the right direction.
Yesterday i jogged 5 miles on the treadmill. Happy to achieve that distance, but now I need to start upping the speed to regain my strength there. The morning will be some rowing time and a round of weight lifting.
