Hulk Mad.

Goose Egg.

I literally got 3-3.5hrs of sleep last night because my neighbors are rude, drunk ghetto, pieces of crap and my landlord can't do anything about them unless the girl gets charged with something because her going-to-jail-for-domestic-abuse boyfriend isn't on the lease. Landlord says, "Just keep calling the cops, if they threaten you it's assault."
I honestly don't even let my son outside because of them anymore, they're outside all day and night in our community front porch and they leave broken glass beer bottles all over the sidewalks and parking lot. ALL of the neighbors have called in complaints to the LL and the cops, but there's nothing that they can do apparently.


And on top of that, I think I'm getting a cold.
I hate the summer. Welcome to AZ where you get a cold because it's hot.


I need to go to the grocery store today.....But like I said, I don't even want to go outside because the neighbors are so bad, and I called the cops and I'm sure they'll blame me like they blamed me when CPS came one time when the cops themselves called CPS on them. -sigh-

Well, it was a long day.
I think I just about made it to my water goal... maybe 130-140oz.. I'm still working on a 24oz cup that I've halfway forgotten about.
Looking forward to see what the morning brings. I don't know if it will be good or not. I feel like I should've had more protein but with the fat of the almond butter and the calories, I didn't want to push it. Plus, I just wasn't hungry. That's probably the only problem with hcg, you have to force yourself to eat! Because the hunger just isn't there. (As long as you have the right dosage anyways)
I had the hubs take a before pic so in a few weeks I'll do a comparison. It will be nice to have current progress pics, I probably haven't done a full body pic since 2012 when I started gaining the weight back I lost in 2011.

Yesterday I made it just shy of my 156oz water goal at 149oz, but that's perfect for my weight and the ridiculously hot weather here. I'm going to move someday if it's the last thing I do. >:(
Yesterday I had a snack of almond butter for breakfast, tomato cucumber salad for lunch, and curried chicken w/zucchini for dinner. I probably should have had more protein, but the almond butter brought the calories wayyyy up so I didn't want to push it by adding more. I lost 2.2.s lbs, so I guess my choice was ok, but we'll see tomorrow or after, because it takes a few days for bad things to show up on this diet.

For breakfast this morning I mad myself a "mocha frozen cappuccino" protein shake. Trying it with the Slimquick protein powder, so we'll see if that affects me differently than the cheapo Body Fortress stuff. It tastes pretty good, so I'm really hoping it works just fine.
