Did try a few tops that were a smaller size yesterday, instead of them being a no no, they are now a possibility to wear. Can't wait for those tops to be too small.
This is an exciting journey we are on, a voyage of discovery, and who knows where it will end. I'm determined to enjoy every step.

I'm feeling quite stable on this woe, there are so many more benefits to being on it than just weight loss. My bones don't creak anymore :). John hasn't taken a painkiller for his knees for over a week now, previously he had been known to get up in the middle of the night for relief. In fact he has 'forgotten' he has a knee problem. All good news.

John didn´t have any procedures done to the lump on his back, we thought it best to have an eco scan and a biopsy done first, so we are waiting for an appointment. We are not worried as the two doctors John has seen are convinced it is lipoma but of course they want confirmation before they start doing anything.
Had one full day yesterday without caffeine, no headaches or symptoms - and by the way, the coffee tasted delicious. I feel we are really settling down now to the new WOE. I even wore a pair of pants yesterday that I hadn´t worn all summer,
Before
the waste kept rolling down uncomfortably (like one of those dreaded girdles).
Now
they are more comfortable.
There is a new Ladies Club that I have been asked to go, it is being set up today and anyone interested will be meeting at a bar. I´m not a club type of person or am I running away again?
