Hello 😁 everyone! Another 100° day in Gladstone, OR. Made fresh ice tea for today. I make my own ☆ ☆ 8-9 tea bags, fill large pan ( like spaghetti)
With hot water, boil for about 10 min. Simmer on low heat for 15 min. TAKE out tea bags, fill pitcher 1/2 full of ice. Pour hot tea into pitcher,
Add 3/4-1c. Sugar. Stir well refrigerator. ENJOY 😀 I thought I would share this with you, it sure is refreshing. Well I didn't get splurge day yesterday, same weight no MILKSHAKE. So really stay focus, no more BANANA CREAM PIE ! So I am determined to have a strawberry milk ( LG) with whipping and cheery on top. Sorry if this bother you about talking about things I eat.
BUT we all have a moment, it's all part of the journey we have all have made the decision to change our lifes. I know I am so happy now, I didn't know a person could be this happy 😁 I have lived such a unhappy life, my appearance kept me from living. Now that decision I made, just look at me now !!

Today is weigh in, I am still at 177 lbs, but it could be worse, I could have gained. I have been around this weigh for several weeks. I wonder if I am at a weight that that I am going to lose any more weight. I still have more weight to lose. So I will continue on my diet and just keep going. Thank you for your support 😃 😁 Nattybun

Good 😀 morning all supporters! Another hot day in Oregon. Last two weeks it has been 95 °. I will be happy to cooler days. I don't do well in heat, I had heat stroke when I lived in chicago. Ever since then I can't be out in the sun, I burn like a lobster, 20 min. I am burned everywhere. So heat is not my FRIEND !. So any way my day is going good. Didn't eat much lately, just my coffee and banana, yogurt, very small dinner ( if I eat at all ) One good thing I can't eat when it's really hot so I guess Oregon's hot weather, is my friend. TAKE care. 😃 🤣 Nattybun

Hi 😀 everyone! Another nice day here in Oregon. I am going to start lifting bumb bells ( 5 lbs ) after all my weight loss my skin is really hanging ( all over ) start with my arms ☆ ☆ ☆ 25 on each side, they look really bad. One thing about a large amount of weight loss, my stomach is bad also ( doing lay down sit-ups ) and it's worth looking at this ☆ ☆ AND LOOKING IN THE MIRROR AND SEEING A BRAND NEW HAPPIER PERSON. Hello everyone 😀 I found a new saying ☆ ☆ REMEMBER BE STRONG ☆ ☆
simple and sweet. So now when I wake the first thing I do is look at this card. I put it where I will see. So anyway, had ice cream, banana cream pie So done for the week. So remember be strong , but it's hard sometimes. But I come to my journal and write things,knowing that there is support out there for me. Thanks for your ear. Nattybun
