I lost 2.6 lbs!!! I am very happy. Especially because I was camping for 5 days but I did follow plan. But it seems like when you go away, even when you eat good you still gain weight. So I was very pleased this morning when I weighed in.

Just got back from a long camping weekend for the holiday. I did good with my eating. The only thing I splurged on was I had a beer ( low cal & carb) every night by the bon fire. I passed on the smores and ice cream and they had a pizza parlor and my husband got pizza and I didn't even want any. Surprisingly, I didn't want the smores or ice cream either. Which for me is a major breakthrough!! Went to dinner tonight cuz neither one of us felt like cooking after unpacking. Ate steak and broccoli. Tomorrow is my weigh in, hope it's better than last week, which I gained 1/2 lb. Hope everyone had a fun safe holiday.

I'm really bummed out. This is my 3rd week on induction. I gained a 1/2 lb. I know it's not much but I feel like I have been following the plan well and exercising and the numbers should be going in the other direction. This is what usually makes me quit dieting, I don't see the numnbers going down so I figure why am I restricting my food when it's not making me lose weight anyway? I do understand this isn't a "diet" but a lifestyle change and I do feel better so I really want to stick to it. Maybe I'm just impatient. I quit weighing myself everyday because I was getting frustrated if the numbers would go up, so I started weigging myself every Monday and hoping to get a pleasant surprise of weight loss. I feel like I waited anxiously all week for good news and then I step on the scale and it was a total let down. If anybody has any suggestions I welcome them. I guess I'm just venting my frustrations. Thanks for listening.

Does anybody know how to delete a food in the "add item" list? I have duplicates of some and can't figure out how to get them off. Thanks!

I finished my first 2 weeks. I'm down 8 lbs. I feel really good today. It actually hasn't been that hard. I think it's because I have my mind set on doing it this time around. I still have 10 1/2 lbs to go. I know that doesn't seem like a lot to some people but it is still a struggle for me. Especially because I hear the last 5 lbs is always the hardest too lose.
I went camping over the weekend. The only time I struggled is Saturday night, I wanted a smore sooo bad while sitting around the bonfire. But I chewed piece of sugarfree bubble gum and got over it. That's usually how I get over my sweet cravings. I haven't had too many so thats a plus for me because I was a sweet junkie.
I'm going to stay on induction until I reach my goal weight. That's what works for me. Plus I have a hard time getting my calories in sometime. And I'm also afraid as soon as I start adding in fruits and stuff I'll go overboard. Since this is working, I'm sticking to it for now.
