Only lost a half a pound this week but another 3" are gone! I did a lot better about not substituting 2 meals a day, but I still have to work more at that. I also want to get into a more heavier exercise routine. The housework and walking just aren't making me sweat as much as the beginning.

OWL week 1 complete! Only one pound lost but overall I lost 4" which made me happy. I already know how to fix this slow down. I've been very busy the last week and have been replacing my breakfast and lunch with atkins branded items... Not including the 2 days I was sick and barely hit 1000 calories. This week my goal is have only 1 replacement meal. This means getting up earlier to a healthier breakfast or stopping my day to have a nice relaxing lunch. This should hopefully bring my calories to a much more acceptable level (1200-1500) and increase the veggies.

2 days with a flu-like virus. Yesterday was the worst of it, but today wasn't much better. I've been forcing myself to eat something during the day. Mostly having Atkins branded items... Spend most of my day sipping on seltzer or chicken broth when I'm able to keep stuff down. Waiting for that morning when you wake up and realize at lunch time that you feel back to normal... Ahh sickness, all part of having a kindergartner (aka germ factory).

I completed Induction yesterday! And as if that wasn't a big enough achievement... I also spent the weekend away on vacation and kept to the diet 100%!
New Measurements:
Chest: 43"
Waist: 47"
Hips: 49"
Lost an inch in each place as well as another 3 lbs or so! Now onto OWL Rung 1 which isn't much different from Induction. I think it will be easily achievable this week.
To really start to see some changes in the inches, We've decided to start the Insanity workout today. So for the next 60 days I'll be logging in about an hour of intense exercise 6 days of week.
