freaking out!!
haven't even had my half cantelope(sp?) for lunch today, and i've already gone over my daily limit of carbs - the one thing i'm trying to avoid! should i just drink water for the rest of the day? ah. i plan to. tomorrow should be better. shouldn't have had baked those cookies with morgan. not a good idea! ah.

this is getting frustrating.
i don't have a scale at home, i give up easily, and i don't notice any change in my size.
