I’m so bad. I don’t eat enough durning the day (breakfast and lunch) then by supper I’m starving. I need balance!!!!

Feeling tired this week 😴
Have upped my protein a bit to see if that helps. Bought a new step tracker to see if that helps me stay motivated to get all my steps in everyday. I am only meeting that goal of 5 miles about 3/7 days so I need to step it up, literally. Still doing at least one HIT workout per week as well as keeping up with my yoga practice but also only about 2/7 days. That also needs to increase to at least 4/7 days...Just keep moving I guess.
