really really good news
its such good news
my heart has healed - not as fit as it could be but I am allowed to do walking exercise up to 10 though steps a day
but not try to do too much too soon
I have been referred to haematology for genetic testing to be done
when I have the results of that we can then think about having the knee done - but they are unlikely to touch me until the mystery is solved (if possible) re clotting - it could however be just one of those things
but my worst fears have now been laid to rest

I know I have made one entry for today but this I feel warrants its own entry
I have taken some of my two small clothes from the loft and washed them - things I have not worn for 2 years - yesterday my uk size 18 jeans were a bit loose - and they were straight from tumble dryer
so today I tried on the size 16 ones and they too straight from the dryer slid on
so I am definitely losing inches so happy that they fit - I thought I might have to fight to do them up

at my last weigh in (Monday) my weight was 193.9 so I have decided that I will reset my goal to 188.9 I would like to lose 5lb during February and to lose 5lb a month from now on so I will be resetting my goal on the first of every month to reflect my new goals - obviously more would be good but I want to be realistic and totally honest with myself
for now I will continue with calorie counting as my diet of choice however I am looking into other plans that might work for me

well its tuesday and very very cold here in the UK (well my part anyway)
no weigh in today as I was awake so early I have had a couple cups tea so no point in getting on the scales
food for today is all planned out
porridge for breakfast
cuppa soup and roll for lunch
and veggie bake for dinner
no snacks for today as I will be busy if I need any I will have belvita breakfast biscuits as they are fortified with vits and minerals

todays loss was a wonderful surprise
this week I will stick to my eating plan hopefully I will have this losing weight cracked in the next few weeks :) it really would be great to have a few weeks of loss and hopefully it will become second nature :)
