I am posting 148 even though the scale says 145. I don't believe the scale when it has good news.

I am struggling with the pace of this. I have been very carefullly eating. Pureed vegetable soup mostly and wine. Looks like I will have to back off on the wine. I want to be down to 140 by first week of June. Last week it seemed possible now not so much. I must not give up. Will not give up.

I lost 4 pounds according to the gym scale and 6 according to my bathroom. I am posting 4. Either way I am seriously in a good place. Eating soup and applesauce seems to be the trick and getting braces so the only thing I can eat is soup and applesauce also helped. Ha! I am a middle aged woman with braces. Late bloomer I guess.

I have been more mindful about eating (and drinking) and it's making a difference. Small difference. Vive la difference!

Up fluct. Drinking tons of water and have trainer back on 1 x per week. Still doing gym 3 x/week. I am VERY uncomfortable in my skin. My clothes are so tight. Must not give up. Will not give up.
