So, at the suggestion of Sararay, I've decided to start journaling my food. I am totally at a slump, and am actually kinda mad about it! I'm realizing that maybe my intake is a little low, but I am not hungry- what's up with that? I don't want to have too little, as I know that is not good, but jeepers, I don't want to stuff myself either.
I'm still very excited about the fact that I've lost over 15 lbs, so I'm keeping that information at the front of my mind. Every little bit helps us get to our goals, people! Whoo-hooo! Bring on the healthy new us! :)
Exercise is one thing I have got to focus on, too. Weekends are best for me, especially since hubby and I are doing lots of spring cleaning around our yard, and getting ready to build our new garage/house (we're going to finish of our garage and live in it till we can build our log house), so we have lots of physical activity on saturdays and sundays. And work has been crazy for me, too- lots of running around that keeps me from sitting at my desk too much. But I still want to focus on cardio and some weight training- that's where it's at, baby!
So, to any of you who are "slumping" or "stalling" like me- let's hang in there! It's totally not worth getting mad about and giving up. Listen to me- I really do need to hear myself, don't I?! LOL
