To date I've gained the 2 lbs that I'd originally lost on the 14th back. But I don't see it as fat, I think it is muscle gain (since muscle weighs 20% more than fat) so I'm not gonna freak out about it. And I will continue with my cardio/strength training workouts.
I will be starting "
The Abs Diet
" on Tuesday July 1st in hopes of finally shedding my body fat percentage so those abs I've been working so hard on can shine through. I will try to eat the suggested meals down to a "T" as much as possible. I hope this diet doesn't break the bank. I'll accompany "
The Abs Diet
" with
Jillian Michaels
'
30 day shred
workouts. My goal is to lose 12 lbs (which the book says can be done in the first 2 weeks) and go from 29% body fat to 20% or lower. After which I will begin
P90X
and continue to lose the last 8 pounds and reach my goal weight (of 125 lbs) or at least my goal look/physique. I will try as much as possible to log on to fatsecret to journal and record my progress.
