Today I am tweaking the diet, a little thanks for valuable advice Josh!
Eating more leafy greens and protein in every meal (cooked meat- fish, beef, chicken, pork). Add nuts and veggies (no beets, potatoes-heavy starches).

Well this morning while getting ready I noticed something wonderful, my tummy seems to be shrinking away! That is what doing away with that dreaded sugar will do! :) I am trying so hard!

I am not really how this happened unless my scale was sitting different but 5 in two days is a little fast I think....not sure this is accurate.

Today is the day I finish what I started two years ago. I have met one huge goal and not it is time to set another. I want to say goodbye to my remaining weight and keep the strength and mobility I have obtained by doing crossfit.
