This time I am not to sure why I have not lost more, played tennis 3 times.. I have been quite good with my calories intake... I don't understand.. I might need to slow down on exercise then...

Had 3 bad days where I have been eating everything... Done 1 day of tennis and 2 days of whey protein for breakfast and dinner. Had napoleon cake for 3 days and other crazy things!! Quite a good loss considering everything..

I had not lost anything, been eating after midnight almost every night, passed the calories intake every day by 250, only done tenis once this week, eaten sweets and fats! Stomach has been hurting so I am eating more than usual...a bit of a let down..

Keept my calories intake around 1600, 3 days 1500 or less, done tennis 2 times this week, but been walking as well and been out, no major phisical activities, but low calories intake compare with other weeks
