well i am here for a few minutes so i thought i would update my puter is going wacky too some times so it really makes it hard any way rod is steadly getting stronger and wanting to do a little more but we still havnt gotten the results of his cat scan any way im doing some what ok i am really depressed and just want an out any out will be ok like a massage or a walk at the mall or even 30 minutes at a local star bucks would be nice but every time i go some where he call me and says he needs me im tired and just want some time to my self is that wrong please let me know love to all shelly.

My life is litterly going 100 miles analso i am trying to take care of me i know i have to remember to take care of my self i am also drinking more water and also really trying to cut down on all my eating i love you all so much love shelly also please remember to keep healthy too. hour as most of you know i am takeing care of my husband as he had surgery 6 months ago if you dont understand please read my last 6 months of journals to realise how crazy my life is lately. and i know i need to be here more then i am i am so going to try to be here more this week and i want all my fatsecret buddies to know i love you all and i miss you all so much too. any way i am updating with news on rod. he is working out more and trying to get stronger every day. he is useing both hands to feed him self wich i am very proud of. its tough for him but i know i have to do this. love to all shelly
