Girls at work kicked my butt with a workout today. Everything is sore and feels like jello so I'll take that as a good sign. I definitely got in my 43 pushups for the minichallenge. Didn't get my cardio in but I worked up such a sweat with the workout that I was really too beat to try. I'm going to alternate the workouts. Did pretty poorly on food so Ill have to keep an eye on that. Took my vitamins and got my water intake in for the upcoming water challenge.

Ate terribly so far today but was feeling extremely exhausted. Slept for 3 hours before work on top of a full nights rest. I got my vitamins in today and made sure to work out. Ramped up my walking to include intervals of 1 min of running with 3 minutes of walking. Did tricep pulls (20/30/20) and leg press (165 up to 215) along with butterflys (20/30/20).

Back in the saddle again. Ate decently so far today and took my vitamins. I'm still doing well with portion sizes which I think is a huge help. Back into real exercise again as well. I feel so much better afterward that I want to do more when I get home. It's have a good affect on the dogs as well. Today they were actually able to run about 3/4 of a mile with me, which for them is huge (normally Izzy is dying about 10 seconds into a run). Morgan was actually pulling me along for half of it!!! I think I'm more excited about them getting into shape than me getting into shape.

After a weekend of being naughty with food I'm trying to get back on track. Brought my workout clothes to work so I'll be hitting the gym hard today to make my challenge deadline for this week. I've got to push hard 3 times which I guess will be today, tomorrow, and Saturday. I figure I procrastinate with everything else, it's not surprising that I do it with my fitness challenge.
