BUMMER week. This week has absolutely sucked from a scale point of view. Luckily I am not measuring all of my success by the scale. I have stuck with my calorie goals every day this week. My pants are fitting better and I returned a recent purchase because it was TOO BIG in the waist, got a smaller size, two of them actually :) One pink, one khaki.
Hopefully the scale will be kinder in the next week, or after a few days. If not, tough luck to the scale. It may get thrown out as my success comes in the many forms, including my increased strength and cardio endurance. GAME ON!

Just keep counting. The calories can't lie. Less in than out and you will lose! Its the prehistoric weight loss method because it works, it works without diet pills, fancy contraptions, or some new scientific breakthroughs that really are yoyo diets.

Day 19, 61 left to go.
I missed yesterday's journaling due to a stomach "thing". Nothing like laying on the couch hoping that the next second you will feel better.
Thank goodness that's over with! Back to my routine, kind of. I am still slightly weaker than normal and a bit dizzy. Working out today should be interesting :)
I checked my calories burned yesterday, I only burned 1700 cals. That means for doing absolutely nothing I only burn 1700 cals a day. To lose weight I need to eat 1200/day to lose 1 lb/ week. OR exercise. OR do both. I am settling on both :) Just nothing crazy today, I would rather miss a 1/4 of pound weight loss rather than fall while running or something silly.
I can't wait to see how everyone is doing with the weight loss! So impressed by the dedication of all of you!

Day 17, 53 to go.
My back is KILLING ME! It is muscle soreness not injury. Will keep working out, not make up an excuse to sit on my butt and not burn a few extra calories. Gotta work the equation.
Cals in< cals out= weight loss.
