i've found that if you trick your body a little, you wont ever hit a plateau.well i hit one about 2 weeks ago when my weightloss just stopped. i went through my diet and thought hmmmm, theres nothing i do differently. the key is to figure out how much carb your body can take to not gain weight, i can eat up to 80g carbs a day, if i go past that, i stall, if i stay at 80, im still losing a pound a week, which is fine with me. now if you are trying to lose more quickly then this method may not work for you...method: every 5 to 6 days have a carb day, not to eat a bunch of junk, and pig out on bread. but you have a favorite treat, then up your carbs for that day, but try and focus on whole grains, veggies and fruit carbs, then do this for a day or two, then resume your low carb eating plan for 5 or 6 days then have a carb day again, this will keep your body wondering what the heck are you doing. doing this method is how i found out I can eat 80g of carbs per day and still lose a pound a week, to lose more per week i simply lower my carbs, or trick my body by doing induction for a week or two. hope its been helpful....be blesses

today wasnt good for me, i went to the store, and they had these little pilsbury mini cakes with caramel and cheesecake filling, i said ok i will get them as a treat for the kids...NOT!!! I ate most of them, they are 100 calories for 2...i ate 12. so im not proud. in fact i figured since i already cheated so badly, i ate 5 chicken enchiladas, and felt like crap afterwards...i messed up who doesnt? so i picked myself up and said i will get back on the wagon tomorrow, and increase my workout from 30 minutes to 45 minutes for 5 days instead of my usual 3to4 days. i weighed myself at work, which is where i always weigh myself, and im up a pound, which im sure is normal weight fluctuations. i didnt eat that many calories within 12 hours to gain a pound, i did eat my usual low carb breakfast, had a light lunch because i wasnt hungry, but knew i had to eat something, then the trip to the store hmmmmm. i see those lil cakes all the time, but they are expensive...my trigger was they were on sale, and i love them. they were marked down to $1.25, regular price $3.99 for 12 small, very fattening, high calorie, carb packed, sweet, gooey, goodness. i hope thry are never on sale again, or if so and i decide to buy them, i can control myself and just eat a couple...soryy for rambling had to get that off my chest...back to the basics tomorrow...
