So today..errr tonight...well 9/18/10....(its a mess for me when I'm on my night shifts, the days kinda run together)...was really a crazy kinda day. I slept longer than normal, didn't get up until 1630 and woke up feeling like crap thanks to my lovely allergies acting the fool. Had to make a run to the drug store to get something so I could function at work. Got home about 1715 and still had to cook dinner. No time to eat at home since I have to be at work at 1830. So it was shower and toss some dinner in a sack for at work and or course I was running late..10 mins to be exact, not a good start to the shift. And wouldn't ya know it no sooner than my butt hit the chair...oh wait I don't think I even got to do that first, all heck broke loose. So it was come on lets go. Finally got to eat my dinner about 2200, and for what ever reason wasn't able to finish, which is odd cause I can normally eat myself silly when I work night shift.
I had entered all of my food that I had planned to eat while I was here on my tracker and have since had to take about half of it off. I'm a little worried that at this point I have only taken in a smidge over 600 cals since 0630 yesterday morning. I'm not even hungry right now even with all of this food sitting in front of me, I dont want it. I don't know if its because I have been so busy or because of my allergies and nothing really having a taste to it.
I'm worried that this will back fire on me and that when I get up this afternoon that I am going to feel like I am starving and want to eat everything in site since I have never had a day where my cals have been this low for the whole day.

-- On another note, I feel like I have been doing well with my new way of eating, I have stayed on track and not been cheating at all. I track my NC's and cals and aim for keeping my cals about 1200. I have also started back with my Wii Fit since its getting dark sooner now and I'm not able to walk like I wanted to in the evenings when I am off.
As of my last weigh in I have gone from 198.8 to 191 so almost 8 lbs, however my clothes are fitting better and I have gone from a size 16 jeans to a size 14..i haven't seen a size 14 in about 5 years.
I had one of my guys say to me last night....you've lost weight. It was so nice to have somebody notice who has no investment in me or my weight loss. and for a man to notice it means even that much more, cause well...guys just don't normally notice things like that. lol

I think that people have finally started to realize that this is not just something that was a fly by night thing for me and that I'm serious about losing the weight. I have noticed that people are not trying to convince me that this is not what I need to do, they are seeing it work and seeing how I eat and see that I'm not doing anything that will harm me.(when I first started everyone wanted to tell me how bad Atkins was and that I was going to harm myself by eating only meat and eggs and cheese, they have since seen that Atkins is much different from what they thought it was)

Also I have started taking a vitamin everyday, a flinstone to be exact...lol, I figure if I'm going to make my kids chew the darn things the least I can do is be a good example and chew one along with them
