Well I did advise you all I was going on a mini vacation this weekend that just passed and let me tell you it was awesome. I have to confess I ate like a lil piggy tho. I have the excess pounds to show for it. I gained 5lbs over the weekend. I shouldnt make lots of excuses but we went to italian resturaunts with family and I just didn't go lo carb at all but I am putting that side of me aside. I am going to knock this 50lbs off by the new year I have started on herbalife at least for 1 month and see how it works. I love the lowcarb lifestyle but I have to ease my way back I think I don't know but I have to get these fat sacks off of me and someone that I work with pulled me into trying it so here goes. Wish me luck yall

Well i tried me a MIM this morning and I was actually shocked that it wasn't that bad it was a little dry but if it helps with my constipation problem I will be good so I hope its gonna effect me in a good way so I can cut out the ACTIVIA!!

RDI is amazing to me. I have been up here on fatsecret for some time now and thanks to all the posts about RDI I have just adjusted mine. It says I am supposed to have 2700 calories a day that seems a little steep for me. IS this accurate or should I beware of too many calories???

It is a good morning for me. I actually got myslef back on track although I am still having to eat the Activa and am not sure how it is affectin my carb intake but I am doing good got up this morning and lost 2lbs of the 12 I have gained back YAY!!! It was hard but I survived it. I started chewing gumn again at work instead of going to the M&M machine like I had been doing the past couple of weeks. I think a main way of motivation was reading a blog that Joe reposted about cheating on the weekends or just taking that one bad bite!! That was really some encouragement. THANKS I am going on a short vacation over the weekend with my daughter which is well needed I am pushing the willpower to be strong and just lopve myself and not give in to any tewmpataion so pray for me and hoe that I will suceed

Well I am happy to report I finally acquired a job. YAY I have been here about a month now. I believe as far as affecting my diet it has its good and its bad. I think its good because I sit here and dont constantly think about the next meal and I bring in my lunch and eat what i am supposed to eat. BUT the bad is that people do order out and sometimes to fatttening places that are temptation. I have not given in not one time and I hope to keep it that way. But I am stuck again. My first goal was to try and drop 50lbs and it was taking a while so I decided to set small goals. I am trying to get to 200lbs. I am fluctuating again I have been stuck between 214 and 219 but for the last 3 days I have been at 214 whats going on I need to get to 210 and less. HELP. I can't exercise much anymore it seems like but I do about 15-20 mins of wii fit in the mornings. I eat dinner alot later now being I get home almost at 7. If anyone has any advice for me how to kick it up a notch please drop a few lines and GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!!!
