Was really frustrated with myself Monday because I had gained almost 3 lbs over the weekend. But got back on plan, and am only .2 lbs from where I was Friday. TOM is creeping up, so I know I am probably retaining some water but got to push through it. Ugh. I hate working out during that time. =(

When I started, I had to look at my weight loss inspiration folder (just a bunch of pictures of clothes and things I want to be able to wear) everyday. Now, I hardly ever have to look at it. The payoff of just being more fit and healthy is motivation enough right now for me! That's a great feeling. Have been able to jog 1.5 miles straight without walking, and honestly I don't think I have ever been able to do that so super stoked! Hopefully I can get to 2 miles soon. So, overall I am in a good place at this point!
