So I figured out I have had no weight loss and actually a two pound gain in the last 10 days. I looked back at my food tracker and it is defintely the shakes and bars. That is the exact date I started eating them. Did some research online and it seems like a lot of people have stalling issues when they eat/drink them during induction. Last shake today and then back to the basics for two weeks. Hopefully this turns around once they are removed. I want to get under 200 so bad!!!!!!

So I always stall around 207-206 and I am at that point right now. Weighed myself and I was up 2 but could be a few factors there. I have lost 7.5 since starting on the 4th so I am happy just wanna get past this stall weight. Definitely have been experimenting the past week with what I eat. I know that I need to stay away from certain foods (atkins bars and certain sauces). I just feel like I dropped faster last time I did atkins (that was also 10 years ago). I am in this for the long haul and I know that losing the amount I have will take time but really hate the up and down when I get to this point. Its up to pounds and then back to 206 and then up then 206. I feel like I will never get past it :(

Tried one of the Atkins Advantage drinks today and I was pleasantly surprised!!! I feel full and it tasted pretty good. I feel like a lot of those drinks have this horrible after taste but this one totally cured my sugar craving and I enjoyed it. Definitely going to try more :)

So basically I have a new game plan with this. When I started this diet at the end of September I knew it was going to be hard to stick with. Halloween, vacation, multiple birthdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. All that, and the learning process of the diet, and I am proud of not gaining and still being under a bit. I am not a New Years resolution type of person but I want to start fresh on the 1st. Not a resolution but just so happens to be the end of the madness from the past few months. I have the book now and feel like I have all the tools to do this. Going to weigh myself on the 1st and start fresh from there. Do everything right, no distraction, only weighing in once a week. This doesn't mean I'm going to slack and eat a bunch. Just wanna start new.
