Phase 1, Day3: I'm starting to get bored, so I decided to try the pizza recipe. I used whatever I had in my house. I sprinkled tofu on the top instead of cheese. It turned out pretty yummy and filling:] I'm surprised how enjoyable this diet is to follow. Hoping to get in some exercise tonight!

-EDIT: Just finished my workout. I decided to get it over with early in the night, so I can concentrate on other things I have to get done without that in the back of my mind. I noticed that when I put it off I usually don't end up working out cause it gets too late or I get lazy :/
-EDIT2: Gave into dark chocolate almonds/raisins. Here I go under stress thinking eating will help but it only makes things worse. Well, I guess tomorrow is another day to continue what i've been doing. not start all over again:]
