Phase 1, Day3: I'm starting to get bored, so I decided to try the pizza recipe. I used whatever I had in my house. I sprinkled tofu on the top instead of cheese. It turned out pretty yummy and filling:] I'm surprised how enjoyable this diet is to follow. Hoping to get in some exercise tonight!
-EDIT: Just finished my workout. I decided to get it over with early in the night, so I can concentrate on other things I have to get done without that in the back of my mind. I noticed that when I put it off I usually don't end up working out cause it gets too late or I get lazy :/
-EDIT2: Gave into dark chocolate almonds/raisins. Here I go under stress thinking eating will help but it only makes things worse. Well, I guess tomorrow is another day to continue what i've been doing. not start all over again:]

Phase 1, Day 2- I feel like I'm eating too much, but I am following the allowed foods guide. Did pretty well today. Felt lazy and didn't want to work out, but once I got on the elliptical I was able to push myself. I'm praying this will be the last diet I go on like the cover says! Really tired of diets and not being successful...by reading reviews it seems like many people have gotten great results!:]

Today is the first Day of Phase 1 on the Fat Smash Diet. I'm actually liking it a lot. It doesn't really feel like a diet and surprisingly it doesn't make you feel like your starving. I've heard so much good things about this diet, so I'm excited to see what kind of results I will receive:] I'm tired of always having to switch my diet cause they don't work. The Fat Smash diet seems reasonable to do. I do really need to get on the exercise part though!
