It looks like I am still leaning out, and the weight continues to go up. Maybe it's the muscle growth. Does anyone think I should change my goal from lose weight to gaining weight? I guess there is nothing wrong with gaining mass if it's good mass. It's very hard to tell where my body is at right now.

No change, but I think it's due to muscle gain. I somewhat cheated last night. The late night cravings have slowed down a lot, and I don't know if I'm getting used to it, or I'm eating enough throughout the day. Now that I'm this low, I'm not sure which way the scale is going for me in terms of my goal.

The food diary really helps. It allows me to track everything I take in, and if I need to adjust to meet my goals, I can. The late night hunger is a struggle. Any suggestions?
