I am a homemaker and mom of six. I have moved around all my life since my family was in the military. With several pregnancies, I have been overweight by about 25 -30 pounds. I have lost the weight in the past through different programs which were good. But this time, I am not worried about so much what I eat, but how much I eat, and exercise. I am not looking at a time range since I just plan to continue to change my eating habits and exercise.
